Historical Eligibility & Registration Procedure
- During the September 2026 SAY session, registration was available only after Student Sign In.
- Registration was available for all official semesters/classes listed in Student Master.
- Select only the required SAY paper(s) from the official subject list of your own semester/class.
- Name, Admission Number, Semester and Date of Birth are verified against the signed-in Student Master record.
- Upload a recent passport-size photograph in JPG or PNG format, maximum 4 MB.
- Accept the declaration and submit. Keep the Registration ID shown on the acknowledgement.
Fee & Approval
- Examination fee: selected subjects × ₹25.
- Registration remains Under Verification until the Examination Office verifies the fee and registration details.
- Hall Ticket is issued only after approval, fee verification and Register Number finalization.

Examination Hall Instructions
- Report at least 30 minutes before the examination.
- Bring this hall ticket and a valid institutional identity card.
- Students without a valid hall ticket may not be permitted to enter the examination hall.
- Mobile phones, smart watches, electronic devices, notes, books, unauthorized papers/materials are prohibited.
- Follow all directions of the invigilator and examination authority.
- Maintain silence and discipline inside the examination hall.
- Do not communicate with other candidates during the examination.
- Write the Register Number / required details correctly on the answer booklet before starting.
- Students must remain seated until permitted to leave by the invigilator.
- Any malpractice may result in disciplinary action under institutional examination rules.
SAY-specific note: Students must write only the subject(s) for which they have completed SAY registration and for which the Examination Office issues the Hall Ticket.
